The school will consider the implications of this advice carefully and provide further information as soon as possible.
There is no requirement for parents who are key workers to send their children to school if they do not need or wish to do so. The work that students will do at school will be the same as that which will be published daily on the School website for children at home.
Government advises that if at all possible children should remain at home. The fewer children that make the journey to school, the lower the risk of spreading the virus. You should not send your children to school if they are at an age where they can safely care for themselves at home.

Normal school hours will operate until 3:15pm, there will be no Session 3. Please call the school by 3pm Friday, if you require transport from Wolverhampton to be arranged.

Regarding cancelled school trips, the school is communicating with travel companies to establish the ability for us to obtain a refund or reschedule if suitable. Additionally we are in discussions with our insurers to seek advice about potential claims. We will provide more information as soon as it is available.

Following Government advice on 16 March 2020 stating that theatre events and large social gatherings should be avoided, I have made the decision to cancel the School show and upcoming trips out of School. Students have been informed of this decision this morning via Broadcast. The School continues to follow Government advice and advice for Educational Settings and updates will continue to be posted on the website in due course.
Following the Government announcement on 12 March 2020, all overseas school trips have been postponed. We will liaise closely with the companies organising our upcoming trips in the hope that they can be rescheduled for a later date and will provide further information regarding any reimbursements once matters have been concluded with insurers. The School will continue to follow the guidance issued by the Department for Education and Public Health England.
